 There are so many treatments out here that us girls use, experimenting with the unknown is the most biggest factor you can ever grasp without fear of damaging your beautiful hair. I would say that since I restarted my hair journey the first thing I did was cut all of my hair off. YES!!! My hair was extremely over-processed, I had to learn to become: Obedient in maintaining the health of my hair.

It did not take me so long to grow my hair out, while using protective hairstyles, I was able to successfully grow my hair back to a longer length.



Updates On My Recent Henna Dye Treatment.
I tried the Henna Dye Treatment. I kept the product in my hair for about 22 Hours, the color did not take, after using the treatment two times I decided to go with a permanent hair dye.
I mainly think the henna treatment did not work because the particles in my hair are not opened up they are sealed. I do not have a perm in my hair. 
 Wearing braids for long periods of time. You can keep indvisual braids in your hair for about 1 month. Make sure if you over exceed that you pay attention to your hair because your hair can lock(you dont want that to happen) locks are very difficult to take out sometimes it can get soo bad you have to cut your hair off. You dont want to go backwards if you are trying to grow your hair out.
